Hotels

We have secured a number of rooms through our booking partner Reservation Highway. We suggest booking through their site either with these hotels, or with the national budget hotel chains they link to. However, there are no official Festival hotels and you are free to pick other hotels in and around Oxford.

Please book as early as possible; accommodation is at a premium in Oxford in July. Indeed we have moved the date of the Festival from its usual weekend so as to avoid a clash with Henley or the British Grand Prix and thereby improve hotel availability.

When booking, pleased pay careful attention to travel arrangements from the Examination Schools back to the hotel. There is no centrally organised transportation and no parking at or anywhere near the venue. In most cases bus will be the easiest mode of transport, particularly for hotels to the East and South East of Oxford, where buses run regularly from opposite the venue. We have given outline travel guidance below.
